I have a reliable sleep schedule which ensures I get exactly the right amount of sleep each night. I sleep soundly and deeply. I wake up easily each morning and don’t feel the need for coffee or sugar to keep my energy going throughout the day. I always have enough energy to feed myself, my family and my goals.

The work that I do (whether a job or not) is fulfilling and in line with the purpose I have for my life. I put my energy into things I’m passionate about doing. I know how to manage my time effectively so I’m fueled, rather than drained by, the things I commit to.

I am in full control of what I consume. When I have cravings, I know exactly what my body is truly asking for and what to feed it. I eat when I’m hungry, I stop when I’m full, and I never worry that I’ve eaten too much or too little. When I put food on my plate, I delight in what I’m about to eat. I never feel guilt because I know I’ve got a clear understanding of the 90/10 rule and I apply it with ease.

I don’t define health with a pant size or a number on a scale. In fact, I deeply understand that health is a way of being, and I’m living a life of wellness each day. I don’t have any interest in diets because I understand why they often fail and I know how to feed myself in a way that sustains my health goals. I love how I look and feel, and this comes from my personal expertise in knowing exactly what my body needs and how to fulfill those needs. Regardless of what society expects of my body, I am proud of it. I feel comfortable in my own skin – in clothes or out of them!

I have a consistently active lifestyle and I know exactly what ways of movement work for my body. I’ve explored a number of different fitness options: gym work, yoga, dance, hiking, running, martial arts, and at-home fitness courses. I listen to my body tell me what it needs – whether it’s high- or low-impact exercise or something totally out-of-the-box. I’ve found my “thing” when it comes to exercise, so I delight in knowing how my body responds best.

I can’t remember the last time I experienced digestive distress. I know what foods agitate my body and how to avoid them without sacrificing food-happiness. I don’t ever experience nausea, acid reflux, gas, stomach pain, diarrhea or constipation. I have healthy, regular bowel movements that are just the right consistency (and I know what that is). My digestion runs smoothly and reliably.

I am fulfilled, satisfied and comfortable living and expressing my sexual orientation, gender, preferred relationship style and any kinks I may have. I never feel shame or guilt about what arouses me (or doesn’t). If partnered, I can communicate comfortably about sex. I deeply accept and understand who I am.
