  1. 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  2. 1 serving chocolate Vega protein powder
  3. 1 banana
  4. 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  5. 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
  6. 3 ice cubes
  1. Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
