Fear not! You can get free direction through the weekly health and sex advice column!

What is a Health Coach?

As a Certified Health Coach, I work with all kinds of people who need help figuring out what they should eat and why. I help my clients understand and improve their relationships with food. I don’t have anything to do with diets. Each body is different, and that means the food that works best for you may not work best for someone else – and that’s okay. I help people all over the country understand basic nutrition concepts, figure out what kinds of food work for their bodies and find ways to make good food work for busy schedules.

But that’s not all! Oh no. If you think wellness is all about green juices and Zumba classes, you’re missing out on some of the most scary exciting aspects of health. I also look at my client’s lifestyle. I look all aspects of your life, like:

  • How much do you like your job?
  • How fulfilling is your financial state?
  • What about your relationships with others?
  • Are you happy with your spirituality?
  • Do you need help with time management so you can keep your days productive but stress-free?
  • How’s your sleep quality?
  • And how about your sexuality – do you feel comfortable with yourself as a sexual being? Are you satisfied in bed? Is your partner?
